You will have to request to be transferred to a voicemail system with us. We work closely as a team and someone in the office can almost always answer our customer’s questions. Your time is precious, we know. PPM’s managers are in continued education programs with CAI and our weekly meetings regularly involve updates on new legislation which effects homeowner associations of all kinds. All 6 managers are CMCA (Certified Managers of Community Associations) designated, 3 are AMS (Association Management Specialist), and 2 are PCAM (Professional Community Association Manager). It’s your investment, why do you have to wait till the 15th to get a statement or payment from it? Not with us, our statements are sent the day the rent is received. We collect 99% of our rents before the 3rd of the month so you will receive your statement by the 5th. Organization is key and we have it locked! The most important part of property management is finding the right tenants. This is where we excel. Not only do we run credit and eviction record reports, verify employment and income, and check with previous landlords, but we rely on our instincts. We truly believe there is a perfect tenant for every home and if they don’t love your house, someone else will. We have conducted less than 1 eviction per year on average.
